Do we need to replace our current software?
No. Automation works on top of the tools you already use — your ERP, CRM, email, spreadsheets and messaging apps — by connecting them together.
Is AI accurate enough for business data?
AI is very good at reading, summarising and classifying, but it is not perfect. Where accuracy matters we add validation rules and human approval steps, so nothing important is sent or saved without a check.
How is our data kept safe?
We only connect the systems a workflow needs, use secure credentials and keep data within your own tools wherever possible. We will explain exactly where your data goes before anything is built.
How do we get started?
Tell us which tasks take up the most time. We will suggest one or two automations to start with, show you how they would work, and give you a clear plan and estimate.
What affects the cost of an automation project?
Cost depends on how many systems need to be connected, the number of steps and decision rules, whether AI is used to read documents or messages, the volume of items processed and the level of monitoring required. Small single-process automations are a low-risk way to start.
Are there running costs after the automation is built?
Usually small ones: hosting for the automation platform and, where AI is used, usage-based fees from the AI provider. We explain these up front and design workflows to keep them low.
What happens if an automation fails?
Every workflow includes error handling and alerts. If a step fails — for example a system is offline — the right person is notified with details, and the item can be retried once the issue is fixed, so nothing silently gets lost.
